How fast will the Wi-Fi be?
Apollo Residence will have high-speed Wi-Fi, keeping tenants connected.
We are predicated to have speeds of 100mbps per user. This is a fast service and should enable you to stream videos, browse the internet, download study information, play game consoles and video call home.
What's included at Apollo Residence?
Living at Apollo Residence is made easy with all your utility bills (gas, electricity & water) inclusive of your monthly rental price.
The development also comes inclusive of high-speed Wi-Fi which is free of charge and included when you live with us.

Do you accept couples in studio and one-bedroom apartments?
Yes we do accept couples, living in our studio and one-bedroom apartments - for no extra cost! Enquire today for more details.
How often are the communal areas cleaned?
The communal areas will be kept clean at all times. They will be cleaned professionally at least once a month if not more. In busy periods this could be more often.
Does Apollo Residence have bicycle storage?
Yes. Apollo Residence has bike storage facilities. These will be secure and available for tenants.
Do you accept pets at Apollo Residence?
No. Unfortunately we do not accept pets at Apollo Residence.
Can I move in before my tenancy start date?
This is at the discretion of the landlord but generally will only be possible if the tenant before you moves out early and also agrees to you moving in earlier.
Will I get my deposit back?
You will get your deposit back in full at the end of your tenancy as long the rent and bills are paid in full, the property is cleaned to high standards and there are no damages (fair wear and tear expected).
Do I need my own insurance for my flat?
We recommend that all tenants purchase their own contents insurance. However, the property you will live in is insured as a building to the legal requirements of the United Kingdom
How do I report an issue with my flat?

Will there be car parking?
No, unfortunately no car-parking is available. There might be spaces available at Onyx Residence which is our other residential development in Sheffield city centre. Enquire for more details.
Can I extend my tenancy contract?
Yes, however you need to check with one of YPP’s lettings consultants for what period of time is allowed (on rare occasions this may not be available).
